Watch select Penrith Panthers games on free-to-air channel Nine
The Nine Network, better known as Channel 9, is the official NRL free to air broadcaster and will show a select number of Penrith Panthers matches live during the 2024 Premiership season.
That’s because under the newest NRL broadcasting agreement, Nine could only secure three live games a week during the first 22 rounds, and then up to four live matches in rounds 23-27.
As a consolation of sorts, channel Nine does have exclusive TV rights to the State of Origin series, and the NRL Grand Final.
Nine’s TV coverage is headed by Erin Moran, alongside a commentary team made up of Andrew Johns, Billy Slater and James Bracey. Nine also offers live simulcast streaming using the 9Now app, but these are limited to the games they broadcast and do not offer full match replays.
